Part I "Concerning God"

Axiom VI:



6. A true idea must agree with that of which it is the idea.

[Modes of thought have an objective reality, which is their being in a relation to their object. If the the idea did not agree with the object, then it would not have objective reality; hence as not real, it is not true either.]

VI. Idea vera debet cum suo ideato convenire.
